The 5/29 Day Giveaway: Enter to Win $529 For Your Baby’s Higher Education
The entry period for the 2026 5/29 Day Giveaway will open on May 29, 2026.
Parents, grandparents, and legal guardians of Alabama babies born between May 29, 2025, and May 29, 2026, are eligible to enter.
Please check back between May 29 and July 15, 2026, to submit your entry!
Eligibility requirements:

Entrant must be a legal resident of AL who is at least 19 years old.

To be eligible, you must be a parent, grandparent or legal guardian of a baby born between 5/29/2025 and 5/29/2026 and you must be a resident of Alabama.

29 winners will each receive a $529 contribution to a CollegeCounts 529 account for their child.

Registration deadline is 7/15/2026.

29 winners will be randomly selected and contacted by 7/31/2026.
